<p>You can embargo a message so it will not be sent before the selected date/time. 
This is useful if you want to compose and submit a campaign in advance.
Also, the embargo date/time is used when you requeue or repeat a campaign.</p>
<p>The embargo date/time for a new campaign is set in the recent past, to the start of the current hour, so that the 
campaign will be sent immediately. If you want to delay the sending of the campaign then select a date/time in the future.</p>
<p><b>Please note</b>: the embargo controls when the campaign can start to be sent.
You still need to process the queue, either in the browser or as a cron job, for the emails to be sent.
The embargo does not control when emails will actually arrive in a subscriber's inbox.
