added to the "contrib" subdirectory .  It can convert an IPTC binary
blob to ASCII text and vice-versa.  The blob itself can be extracted
from or added to an image with the <A
href=http://www.ImageMagick.org/>ImageMagick</a> convert(1)
utility.
